Founded as one of the West’s first culinary teaching institutions for
culinary degrees and hospitality Management Degrees, the Academy has
been committed to providing the highest standard of culinary Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Orlando
since 1977, giving the student unparalleled instruction in both
classical and contemporary techniques as well as educating the senses.
Our hands-on courses teach a wide variety of topics and skills, from
proper knife techniques and table service to wine appreciation and
modern fusion cuisine.
The Le Cordon Bleu Diploma has worldwide
recognition and local appeal. You will be
exposed to a cross-cultural spirit and international culinary
techniques, which focus on demonstration followed by practical
application.
Learn about restaurant operations from a
corporate level. You learn management
theory and develop an understanding of effective leadership and how it
can influence their environment.
The program represents a complete,
well-rounded curriculum that will allow
you to enter the food service industry in any position. The program is
designed to be 15 months in length - 12 months on campus followed by a 3
month externship where students apply their newly acquired skills in the
"real" world.
